★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my parcel related to my business and I was at different location and wanted my parcel today for pickup. I Called customer service and they said that you can authorize your friend and they will release the forum.
The lady over there was so rude that after having me authorizing my friend and I was all the time over the phone, we almost laid over their feet, but these guys were so rude and rejected to give my parcel and they are not helpful at all. I wish I could give them 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to send a cardstock cake topper, the lady made me purchase a giant box and ALOT of bubble wrap and charged me $40, my customer was NOT HAPPY. Arrived damaged from her stuffing the box with UNNEEDED bubble wrap. I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say they attempted delivery. I have a Purolator sticker on door so signature not required. Also reviewed CCTV video footage 10 minutes either side of 7:35 PM on 12 November. No attempt was ever made. I do not understand why they maintain drivers that falsify delivery data. The items are needed when promised to complete a project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed because of "Natural Disaster". Chat assistant advises that they are experiencing extremely high volumes of freight. ROFLMAO. Save your money. Canada Post will screw up your delivery for way less $

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Delivery Service. Drove past my home and didn't bother to stop to drop off my shipment. Then the driver takes it to their drop-off location and I have to drive to their drop-off location to receive it. No excuse. No other shipping company give such poor delivery service. They have done this repeatedly. Horrible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the delivery driver comes to my place, doesn’t ring my buzzer or call my phone which the information was clearly written on the paperwork. Just sticks a note to my door saying I wasn’t there and I needed that package for my internet to be set up for my business. Now I have to go across town to pick up? Yea okay. Never again using purolator it’s always been a nightmare.
