Drove all the way out from Chilliwack on November 22nd, 2018 to the lcoation on Peardonville pick up a parcel after my delivery to my home had been horribly bungled and I received a notice threatening to send my parcel back. Upon pickup I gave my credit card information to the agent working that evening to process the payment of $24.71 for taxes and duties. Yesterday, April 25th 2019, I received a notice from North American Receivable Management Services notifying me that UPS had contracted them to "collect the debt in the amount of $24.71". Thinking it was some kind of mail scam looking for my credit card information, I contacted UPS directly. The agent on the phone ADMITS that it shows on record that my card was taken, but does not show a payment being made - so I checked my card online and discovered that the payment was never processed. I am livid. UPS never ONCE tried to contact me to notify me that I owed any outstanding balance. I heard not a single wind of this until I received the letter from the debt collection agency. This is a blunder and an oversight that I cannot forgive, and I will never trust or use this company again. I now have a blemish on my credit file because of this complete f*** up and this is now my responsibility to deal with. DO NOT use UPS. If you absolutely have to, CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENTS.

This company uses fraud as their standard operating procedure. In 2015 they paid $25 million USD due to fraudulent claims about deliveries. They continue this as disciplining their drivers would cause them to quit, and therefore losing revenue. By allowing the behaviour they save time for the drivers and force paying clients to pickup their own items from a depot. The drivers will game the GPS system by parking nearby delivery locations to allow them to fraudulently claim a 'delivery attempt'.

When I inquired about delivery, I was told that the apartment unit number was missing. I would not accept it, as I knew the address to be 100% correct. Within 1 minute, they were telling me that delivery was attempted, but no one answered the door!! When I asked how they attempted delivery when there was no unit number and no notifications were left at the door, they did not have a response.

UPS needs to take down excellent service. Had a driver show up with no debit machine for a company delivery and expected us to be ok with writing or credit card on a piece of paper. When I voiced my concerns he took my package and left. When I called to see what was going on I was told they would call me back in an hour. Next day still no call. Sure hope they don't expect me to pay for delivery if I have to pick it up. Very unprofessional and unpleasant driver.

Whoever delivers mail out of your branch doesn’t attempt to deliver when they say they attempt to deliver. Twice now, three people home to receive. Get it together, seriously.

Very bad place to work as well as if your parcel is being delivered through it. The supervisor here is very rude and don't care about the lives of employees, he only care about work even if the employer is very ill and doesn't care about the safety. Also the parcels delivered through this store are not handled with care. They are thrown ruthlessly and I guess items inside them also got damaged. So, I warn you to not choose this company for work, even if they pay you above minimum wage, because higher wages are not important than your life.

This place is a bit of nightmare. Had an order stuck here, called to ask for it to be held at the facility and I’ll pop by later. I popped by later and apparently it was on a truck(my tracking said it hadnt left the distribution centre for 2 days). Luckily the lady who answered the door was very friendly and also grabbed me a chair while I waiting for my package to get unloaded. If I knew my package was loaded into a truck, I wouldn’t have called to hold it and have to drive across town but we all make mistakes, mine was trusting UPS. Stick to Canada Post if you can, if ordering from the US, stick to USPS or FedEx.
