They arrived on time. We had no damaged items. They were careful unloading and did it in the right order. They were very helpful in helping us pay with their e-transfer information on our phone. They even asked us if there was anything else that we needed help with. Their names were Justin and Johnathan. Very happy customers

Not only did they arrive ahead of scheduled time, they were able to pack all of our items that we had inventoried over the phone for our quote and were able to pack the rest of our items as well! On top of this, the movers were able to complete packing and unloading under the estimated time, saving us a few bucks! I have nothing but good things to say about Low Budget and would recommend using them, as well as use them for any future moves my family may have in the future.

But when one truck was full and the other had room, Derek arranged to make the stop in to load up the surplus, reorganizing both trucks to make it all fit. When it came to unloading everything these guys all literally went to both homes to ensure belongings were brought to the right locations. Not to mention that we moved from the Fraser Valley up to the Rockies - 15 hrs away.... They took great care to ensure our furniture and belongings were wrapped. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, and a special thanks to Derek for his organization and care.

They worked well as a team and loaded/unloaded quickly, without damaging both our former house and our new home (and space was right!) Have used other movers in the past and the difference was noticeable. Highly recommend this company.
