They’re timely, professional yet friendly, considerate, positive, hard-working/efficient, etc. You can tell they’re happy to do the job despite the hard labour. A crew came back the next day to help move my piano (after a long day working elsewhere - and still smiling!) Highly recommend to friends, family and you!

Was a little nervous seeing as it was my first time using movers!, Had my stuff moved from Surrey to Abby not a single problem, no damage and all the guys were very professional. Not only did the quote come in less expensive than two other moving companies but Scott was able to assess that all of our contents would fit into one 5 ton truck. One of the other companies felt it wouldn't fit. They showed up on time, everything was moved in less time than was initially assessed and the invoice was considerably less than quoted. The guys were helpful, polite, willing to add more things to the truck including stumps of wood from the playground, and conducted themselves very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use their services for future moves.

I had an extremely difficult (extra large and cumbersome) fridge to move. It didn’t want to fit through my door. They took the time to figure out different options and though they must have been frustrated they never showed any of it... smiling and joking the entire time. I was in awe of their perseverance, work ethic and customer service. AMAZING! I have hired other movers and Gorilla Movers are BY FAR the very best! You will not be sorry you hired them!

To be honest, I typically have concerns about taking the lower quotes on something as important as moving all of my belongings, but in this case I couldn't have been more wrong. Gorilla Moving was amazing! From the upper management coming to review the job for accurate quoting, all the way to the guys on the truck being respectful, careful, and efficient. Moving is stressful and these guys made it much more manageable than I had expected!

Jake and John never flinched and moved it all. They were very friendly and professional! Not a single scratch in the new walls and paint and floors. Just amazing.

We were referred to Gorilla Moving Company through a third party, and Scott worked with us to come through within our budget and save the day! The two movers who came to help (on their day off!) were punctual, professional and extremely efficient. They had our 10ft rental truck unloaded in half an hour. We were very impressed. Thank you again Scott and co.; You've made fans out of us, and we will definitely work with you again in the future.
