★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with Chris and the service department with my Cadillac's detailing. I did business with them twice a full interior and exterior detail and another interior clean. First I was introduced to them by Murry's (sister company and I appreciate their service a lot too!) as I asked my dealership to do detailing for me and mentioned that full detailing is done at Trucktown. Was very satisfied! And now I came back again (Early this year) for another touch up; another job perfectly done!
I am so impressed with their work and how Chris arranged everything neatly for me starting from the appointment booking, shuttle and all. I highly recommend for you to try their cleaning and detailing services out! Thank you so much for taking care of my car as much as Murry's does!

I honestly have to say this was the easiest best deal I have ever done. I have dealt with big box dealerships that have tried hiding money in the purchase agreement ripping me off left and right. Stephanie and David were so amazing and accommodating. Like I said the process was so easy I was worried lol. It was just straight forward from the beginning. they even ordered me in the Jeep I wanted and when we showed up the car was running with ac for us to test drive it. After the deal was done a few days later they even called me to follow up on my new ride to see how everything was going, honestly Just amazing people to deal with.
I would NEVER go anywhere else. AMAZING AMAZING dealership!!!!!!!!! Please do not hesitate to go to these lovely people.

I'm glad I went here, I have a bad credit rating, and I was needing to start up again to build my credit. Jan was very understanding of my situation, and was able to still find a car that would be able to be financed for me in this situation. I can honestly tell you that they want to work WITH you so you can get the best deal for whatever situation you are in. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and I will definitely work with them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is a tad late, but we bought a truck from them in May 2021. We live in Calgary and saw a lifted Tundra online. It was beautiful. We called to see if we could come look at it and were informed there were a few people considering purchasing it. We asked if we could buy it right now over the phone. It was risky buying something without looking at it, but they had us approved within a couple hours. Within 2 days, they had a couple lovely gentleman drive it from Lethbridge to my husbands work in Calgary. He had nothing but compliments from his coworkers and even the delivery drivers said it is a beautiful truck. That is exactly what it is, a beautiful truck.
The staff at Trucktown worked quickly and efficiently to get the transaction done and we are very happy! They made a risky purchase in our minds stress free and brought back some trust in auto purchases as we have been burned in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. They even followed up with a phone call after a month to see how we were liking the truck.
It has almost been 1 year since the purchase and we are still happy! If you are in the market for a vehicle, within Lethbridge or from a distance, I highly recommend the team at Trucktown! Thank you!

I found a vehicle I liked at Trucktown and right from the very first email sent, these guys showed me that the were genuine. My original consultant had something come up, and I was shifted to Brooke very last minute and she did a fantastic job with such little prep time! They did everything I asked of them in my deal and went over and above for me on other things too! Gord was great explaining all the paperwork to me and these guys definitely made me feel like they wanted me to leave there happy and man, Did I!
