Ils nous obligent depuis 2 ans à prendre un panier pour faire le tour du magasin. Le magasin est pas grand et on a de la misère à passer. On peut pas regarder les vêtements il y a toujours quelqu'un en arrière de toi qui veut passer. En plus ils augmentent les prix sans cesse pour des articles qu'ils ont reçu gratuitement. Pour finir ils veulent pas que te essaye les vêtements et .be rembourse pas. C'est gérer très mal. Aller ailleurs vous aller voir c'est quoi être apprécié. They are stupid as it is not possible with customers. I saw an employee tell someone to take the door if they weren't happy. They have been forcing us for 2 years to take a basket to go around the store. The store is not big and we have a hard time getting through. We can't look at the clothes, there's always someone behind you who wants to pass. In addition they constantly raise prices for items they received for free. Finally they don't want you to try on the clothes and don't reimburse. It's very bad management. Going elsewhere you will see what it is to be appreciated.

Cest juste innaceptable la façon dont les clients y sont traités. Si je dois prendre un appel tout en magasinant, cela ne vous regarde absolument pas! Et ca va le power trip; les mesures sanitaires ont été assouplies partout sauf chez vous ! Bref, je pensais aller encourager une bonne cause en donnant une 2e vie à certains objets, j'ai plutôt été malmenée par des gens impolis, désagréables et peu éduqués... C'est decevant parce que c'est vraiment une belle idée ce commerce. The people who work there have a little problem with the concept of customer service... Сe serait bien si la direction protégeait ses clients de tels bénévoles. Je vais plus apporter des choses à cet endroit... Very unfriendly staff. An old lady hates children and is rude to visitors. Impossible de garder les 2 mètres de distance. Cheap. Clothing in good condition. But few choices for men. Not many toys. Too much people. Things are bad in the store. Impossible to keep the 2 meters distance.

Apparently I can be on the phone there , and you must respect te arrows on the floor !!, and never leave your cart ?, you must hold it all the time , I went whit my family, we are 4 . Must be one cart ? each !!! A lot of rules here !! Just relax, let us enjoy the shopping ?!!
