Super accueillante au téléphone vraiment bon service. Merci vous avez rendu ma conjointe heureuse.
 I called for the first time to deliver flowers to my wife at his job and I did not know what to expect for the bouquet but finally he did very well sela and the bouquet was beautiful. Super welcoming on the phone really good service. Thank you you made my wife happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering flowers from my home in B.C. for my daughter and son-in-law who are new residents in Saint Hyacinthe, I decided to use Rita Fleuriste. With little French I was looked after by a most gracious woman who made me feel so very comfortable. A shop I would love to visit in person on my first visit to Saint Hyacinthe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dissapointed in this florist. They forgot an order yesterday which ended up running valentine day, when the buyer called to complain they said they would make it up to him. Today the order arrived, they added TWO flowers to the bouquet, TWO to make up for a ruined Valentine’s Day and did not offer a discount for the initial order. I for one will not be dealing with them in the future and neither should you.
