I	Its Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is dishonest. Brad is incredibly rude and impatient and should not be dealing with customers. Would not recommend this store.

Due to production delays, we will not have our furniture until December - this is understandable, due to the pandemic. (Edit: furniture ended up mainly coming between December - February. With one couch still outstanding in March and no updates available from the salespeople, we have decided to cancel the purchase.) This review is to highlight what I found to be poor customer service - although we were assured by our salesperson (James) that he would follow up with us in regards to better prices being offered by the store during our 60-day price guarantee period, we were never once contacted by James and instead had to follow up ourselves to ensure the price guarantee was honoured. Furthermore, the price adjustment that James put in did not end up matching the actual price (what I would have paid if I had purchased through the website) by ~$30. I asked him to check his math, but did not want to push further because it was not worth the hassle for only $30, and I definitely got the impression that he felt me to be a nag/bother. Ultimately, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I would not choose this Leon's again due to its customer service. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt like a valued customer.

A	Al Lees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a washer and dryer on Monday Sept 27 and was very happy it was in stock. We had it delivered just now on Sept 29 AWESOME. The guys that delivered our washer and dryer were super great. The salesman (Mike) for the washer and dryer was great. We have also ordered some furniture that had to be ordered which is fine with us. That salesman (James) was also fantastic. Well done Leons Trenton nothing but the best from you guys. Al Lees

One unit that needed assembly didn't come with instructions. Took 3 days to get simple instructions sent to me. Was offered a 75 dollar credit and declined. 75 dollars wouldn't cover anything in the store and it wasn't even near equal to 10 % off my order. Just won't return to location. Had a great experience with sales associate though. Ordered a media fireplace and after waiting for 4 almost 5 months the manufacturer went out of business. No one's fault but very frustrating. Table was on order and was scheduled to wait up to 7;months for delivery. I.opted to choose a new one. Why a store sells furniture that they can't supply the customer is quite the concept. Won't be returning.

I went the other week looking to purchase a couple of tub chairs that were on sale but was told I couldn’t purchase them at the time from one salesperson at the Trenton location to get them shipped to Kingston as I am moving in a couple weeks. I went back today and was greeted politely by James who was super helpful and knowledgeable and assured me that the chairs could in fact be delivered to my new place. Super positive experience this visit with James from the start when he said “I’m here to help you, not harass you”. THANK YOU JAMES!!!

The customer care after purchase has been by far superior to any company I have ever dealt with. Thank you Marta for all you do. The staff on the sales floor are always helpful, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Not your average pushy "just want to make a sale" type of sales personnel. Thank you Leons for years of fabulous purchases and great customer care. Covid threw us all for a loop, but understanding and patience for things out of everyones control still brought great service and beautiful furniture from Leons once again.

The store has a great selection and it is attractively displayed. It has a welcoming feeling and the friendly helpful staff makes you feel at home. We had a problem with the warranty on one of our purchases and we were not happy with how the manufacturer was offering to resolve it. Marta Eden, the Service Team Coordinator went above and beyond to resolve the problem with the manufacturer and to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We are so grateful, we couldn’t have done this without her. We appreciated her kind manner, her hearing and respecting us. It made us feel valued as a customer and is a wonderful reflection on Leon’s. Thank you so much. We will remain your loyal customer and are happy to tell others.
