G	Gregory Yip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quoted a price for 2 sets of glasses and was told by the lady that was helping me to come back in 2 days for the thursday sale. I want back on thursday and decided to change a pair of glasses for a cheaper pair. In the end the price was $200 more then what i was quoted 2 days before and i changed out a set for chearper glasses. She then told me that if i take the warenty off she could drop the price $80 if that made things better. Lol. So i waited 2 days for a sale and had to pay more so i left. Pay attention they are quick and shame on you.
I	Ida Ehnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Lens Crafters to get my glasses fixed after a sporting accident bend my glasses. They were wonderful, and in a few minutes my glasses were as good as new. They even found that one of the screws on the arm was loose. I was not aware of that. Superb service and very quick - Considering that I never even purchased my glasses from them originally. Kudos to the wonderful staff.

The arm on my glasses was bent horribly and when I placed them on my face they were quite crooked ?? I popped into Lens Crafters and the staff came to my assistance right away. The employee was friendly, kind and very accommodating ? she promptly went to work on them and I was in and out within minutes! I left with a smile on my face and very thankful for great customer service! Thank you Lethbridge LensCrafters!! Appreciate your wonderful customer service. I will be back one day to do business with you!! ?

They're extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store and always are able to answer any questions I have, especially if I want something customized to my liking. I think the two staff that talked to me last time were Char and Aure? They were both awesome! I love my new glasses.

They are honest, friendly and very patient with the costumers. I tried many pairs and it really took me awhile to finally choose what I wanted. They gave me really good advices on what is best for me and I am very happy with my new lovely Costa sunglasses ? thank you:-)

We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for and more. Erika was so awesome to deal with. She made sure we were taken care of and she explained everything so we knew exactly what we were getting. We will definitely be back to see her!
A	Angelina Carbage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service every time I’ve been here. Sherese, I believe was her name (purple/silver hair), and Erika were an absolute delight. They helped me pick a perfect frame and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Even though it was quite busy these ladies were super efficient and accommodating. I usually prefer to shop local over visiting chains because the service tends to decline as businesses scale up. I was very impressed that this was not the case here. 10/10 would recommend.
