★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service after they sell the home, I am terribly disappointed with my external door frame and they do not want to fix this. I have pay a huge price for the house and feeling bad now and I will not recommend this company to any of my friends.
Perry service department contacted me after my 1 star review and now i am satisfied with the service what they have provided me after so now i want to give them a 5-Star review what they really deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to look at 1010 Huckell Place SW showhome. The Sales associate didn't even bother to say hi when we entered the house. Seems like she was busy with her own personal stuff. I and my wife liked the house a lot. I asked her a few questions about the options and what it comes with or if they are building somewhere else but I felt like she does not want to talk about it. Don't waste your time to visit this show home if you have questions. I wish I can give zero to her.
