She worked calmly and efficiently with our elderly mother to sort and pack the contents of her entire household during Covid. Karen was always prompt to respond to our questions through calls and emails from 300 kms away. She worked extra hours to ensure the packing was finished to correspond with our travel schedule based on late-December road conditions. After the initial move, Karen arranged for the shipment of some furniture to Calgary that didn't fit in the trailer and then arranged for the garbage removal, shredding of old documents, dispersal of auction items, and the final cleaning of the house. She was exceptional to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her services!!!

She packed my entire house, worked around my crazy schedule, coordinated movers and storage, even washed dirty dishes - twice! Karen is absolutely a MUST if you're moving. No question. She even made sure that my bed was assembled so that she can make it and provide for a place to sleep on my first night in the new place. Absolutely amazing!! There's just no possible way for any other company to provide a higher level of service or individualized level of attention. Absolutely incredible.

These were quickly put aside on my first meeting with Karen. Her professionalism and personality put me at ease as she explained her services and methods for getting me from beginning to end of the move. All processes from discarding, downsizing, donating, and through packing to unpacking were accomplished with efficiency, care, and an understanding of how the move was affecting me and my association with everything being moved. By the end of moving day, Karen left me with a fully, functional, new living space. She said we'd have fun with the move and we did. Her work ethic is outstanding, and her planning and abilities ensured that everything, from the packing to the unpacking, arrived intact and within the time frame planned. Karen helped us with selling a wide array of household items by holding an online auction. She has a strong network of buyers, making it so much easier than trying to sell everything myself. She handled all details and provided us with a cheque at the end. We never could have done it without her! Then she arranged junk removers and cleaners, making the move-out easy and seamless. She is responsive, professional and effective. Great value for money and she takes the stress out of a stressful situation.

l	linda brunelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Move happened on one of the worst winter days yet, freezing rain making the roads extremely icy, but this did not deter Move Coordinators. A little background: because the roads were so bad I was not able to get into Edmonton and had to leave everything up to Karen, who, I have to say, was amazing. She included me in the move via cellphone, facetiming and calling to keep me up to date. Karen made my mom feel involved and that was appreciated. She was prepared, efficient and very professional, packing up in one place and unpacking in the other. The move was a downsize from a 1 bedroom to a Studio suite. It went very smoothly and what didn't fit into the new suite was packed up and brought out to our shop. I did not have to worry about anything, it was all dealt with, what a relief! One of the easiest moves I have ever been involved in. I would highly recommend this company for any move you have. Well done!!
