★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting through J & T property maintenance for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say. Responds to messages within 24 hours or sooner and if I have any issues Jason is usually there the next day. Would recommend renting through these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not fix anything PROPERLY!!!And are VERY slow at repairing safety issues(if they even get fixed)Apartment down stairs get laundry water and what ever else up in his tub, Cleaner does not clean/sanitize the building if and when she comes she vacuums and leaves, carpets are disgusting, lights are out on 2 different levels in the building,(have been for weeks) They run in put notices under your door and leave. Covid or not, LOOK AFTER YOUR BUILDING. We still have to pay rent and should be able to live in a clean and safe building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to deal with Mr Wood was extremely pleasant to deal and had answers for every question o asked his partner Mr Teno was awesome in telling me about the maintenance that was going to be done in the apt before I take possesion. If ciuld give them 10 stars I would.
