We rented for years and felt like family

We have been dealing with Issac and Gabi for the past year. We have found them to be professional, accommodating and friendly

They never fully did a good job & were rude half of the time. By law was threatened many times.

Well for starters one star is still about 10 too many for this company. The owner Issac had a deal with the city for renting our building and he took it upon himself to break that contract and in turn screwing over every tenant. We all are being evicted due to the fact there are too many people in one building. We had 3 months notice when the city randomly showed up at our home to hand us a letter saying get out. Our apartment was supposed to be cleaned and it was clearly not. It also have broken faucets and broken showerhead/shower leaked. We spent our own money fixing it as Issac made it clear he never would. We are moving out the last day of September and our sewage backed up into our toilet shower and sinks. Not only did our home drink but Issac took his sweet time fixing the problem. 3 days without water to drink/shower/use the washroom. Oh and it's in Foxboro so we had to drive to Belleville to do any of this. And then they allowed strangers into our homes without notice and multiple tenants had their belongings stolen to which they had no answer for. Oh and I forgot. We were only living here for 2 months when we were notified so we had to come up with first and last rent AGAIN in short time. With no sympathy from the business.

Hey Issac! Remember me? I’m the daughter of the Now-Deceased individual you attempted to lease a unit to!! You may see as par the other review- a lot of stuff went down at 244 ASHLEY ST, FOXBORO.. Chelsea mentioned many things that happened to her household and i thought i should go ahead and add a few; So for starters, • Originally, the person who was to be leasing unit 4 of 244 ashley st (not a legal unit by the way) was my at the time very ill mother.. when we were looking at this unit, my mother was looking somewhere to have her final resting days- unfortunately that didn’t work out and my mom passed away before we were able to move in, so my father stepped up and took the opportunity and moved in with me, issac knows what he does to his clients, and saw my dying mother and decided she was his perfect scam victim. • Secondly, on MANY occasions i had a unit with other tenants screaming at my friends for parking in a unmarked parking lot, at the time my friends and i were in high school. One of the tenants almost assaulted my ex as well. • Thirdly, the bugs!!!! Ew!!! When we moved into foxboro we were delighted to be near water and in a semi-decent unit... until the summertime and warm weather hit... almost EVERY DAY in Foxboro i was battling insects in my own room while i was actually trying to recover from a BED-WRITTEN illness. Wasps, june bugs, cicadas, crickets, lady bugs, you name it. •Then, not too far into the summer we got a notice at our door for an N-13, which if you’re unfamiliar what that is- is a notice to evict due to renovations or condemning.. which originally was heartbreaking, but understandable. Last i was in foxboro, i drove past 244 ashley st. and ALL OF THE UNITS ARE OCCUPIED AGAIN!!! When we were told that if the units were to reopen/ be safe to live in again we could move back into our units, except those who already decided to move. •And lastly, the cherry on top of it all- when i was sick with my mystery illness (more than likely covid-19 at the time considering it was before the pandemic).. i was staying home by myself as my dad went to work, i was about to fall back asleep when i heard my units door shut then heard people walking up my stairs.. i already knew this was unusual as it was not even five minutes after my dad had left that they had entered my unit.. i grabbed my waterpipe and put it behind my back as i ventured through my unit to find TWO GROWN MEN in my unit. I recognized one of the men as my superintendent, DAVE HOOD AKA COOKNSHARE ON YOUTUBE. and the other man being unnamed me being sixteen years old, i was very frightened as what was about to happen to me in my own home.. i will not go into details about what happened to me but i will say that my sixteen year old self was touched by the unnamed man. i left my unit in fear, which had only locked me out as the doors automatically lock behind you. i went and called my elderly neighbour who lived beneath me, she told me to go into her unit, and wait for her to show up and i was going to help her pack boxes and move them into her car. We are sitting there packing boxes when i look over to her tv stand to find it’s not there.. i then ask her “did [husbands name] take the tv to the new place already?” right then her face drops and says “no he hasn’t” right then and there we knew what the DAVE HOOD and the unnamed mans intentions were.. it was to steal items, and in my case, leave life-long trauma.. And heres the kicker folks... cops were called... names were taken... not a charge was laid. so until i see justice for what happened to me that day- i will stay here.. making your life a living hell issac.. get ready.
