★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst rental company around, no smoke alarm in unit, 6 month lease that ends and notice to end said lease sent in over a month before the end and they keep trying to set us up for month to month lease which is over 200 dollars more than original monthly rate. And now trying to charge a month to month fee and force us to go month to month after we already put in notice and told them multiple times on the phone we will not be continuing to rent from them. Calling rentalsman on monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv generally had good experience with Weidner in the few years Iv used them. But changes to their rent payment system forcing residents to give their bank account and routing number so they can debit your account to pay rent and claiming its "due to Covid-19" is super greasy. There are many other options like having online bill payment just like any other bill or perhaps a email money transfer could work too and be far more secure.
I sincerely hope they reevaluate this change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse company. I live in one of their building for quite long time as I cannot find another place. Very nasty. Elevator is old for 65 years and keeps breaking and it takes them at least 10 days to fix it leaving the whole building using one elevator. Also, it takes months for them to respond to your request. Management cars about saving money not quality of service.
Carpet in apt. might there for 25 years without changing it even you complain to be replaced but they do not listen.
I do not recommend, but they are the only one available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 0 stars out of 0. I have been with weidner apartments for over a decade in the same apartment. Over the years I have experienced a lot of changes with the business itself and were jacking up my price when I noticed others were paying less for basically the same suite with a balcony non the less whereas I don't have one. There is currently a bug problem and the apartment has been fumigated yet they are still around. I have left a message with them however I haven't heard from them. I no longer trust this company to be taking care of their residents as they have promoted time and time again saying that they "care" all while jacking up prices and not responding to their calls or emails for days or weeks at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 33 River St- Prince Albert. I lived here for a year. Worst experience of my life. The heaters were not working in the mid of extreme cold winter, I call them to come fix it, they came 2 days after to tell me that they would need to order this part and it may take very long time to get. My wife and I both got sick. Some weird brown liquid is coming out of the ceiling. There are 2 elevators, very outdated and also they don't have the appropriate certification to operate ( see pictures). One elevator have an expired certificate of 2 years. The back door doesn't operate most of the time. there are some mischievous things happens in this building, such as pulling the fire alarm system just for fun, stealing other people's laundry...etc. and to add the cherry on the top and as I'm cleaning my apartment as I'm leaving tomorrow, I found this note sticker at the back of the pantry door written in numbers and a warning sign. Couldn't help but to figure what those numbers means...and OMG it says " ITS HAUNTED". And this explains a lot of things that my wife and I were experiencing at this place. Even my mother in law when she came to visit she felt something was not right. I Don't know you but I love you, stay away from this place at any cost.
