★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone who was working on Sept 5 @ 8:30pm deserves a raise because that was quite possibly the best fast food I've ever had in my life. The fries were so perfect. I got the Bacon deluxe and the bun was so soft, bacon crispy, patty juicy, veggies fresh and crisp. I also got the original chicken sandwich and that chicken was on point with the fry. We always go to this Wendy's when we drive through PA because it's so good. But tonight was on another level. BRAVO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They suck at accommodating skip drivers that are deaf, they give them no other options but to CALL. I just saw them hand another skip driver their order while ignoring my father who tried to text and had been standing outside for over 5 minutes (they give them no option to go inside, you just have to freeze in this canadian weather) and he's been contacting skips support since this isn't the first time it's happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good but they had items missing from my Skip the dishes order and instead of correcting their mistake they wanted us to contact Skip like Skip packed my bags. Ridiculous. And the guy we spoke to was rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accessible wifi, clean well lit and appealing place to eat. Staff are informative and friendly. The food is cheap and well made. Would be one of my favourite go to places to eat cheap fast food restaurants if they weren't so out of the way from where i tend to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stick to the drive through. You will be missing items when ordering online. 2 orders in a row where my kids did not get there full meals. When calling you will be directed to take it up with skip the dishes who may reimburse the cost of the missing items at best. Don’t want to be reimbursed. Want my kids full meals delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My coworkers and I keep this Wendy’s in business.
Why? Because the fry’s are hot and salty, and because the drinks are ice cold filled to the brim. No one ever groans when you ask for extra mayo or ketchup in the bag and everyone is always so friendly. But mostly because the absolute legend working the grill gets it perfectly right every damn time! Also not charging for sour cream is a bold move and we love to see it!
