★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I notice a lot of East Indians are giving this place five star reviews because they also seem to own or work here. Customer service is terrible to not existent at best. The East Indian employees follow aboriginals around and are rude. When you ask a question they either don’t understand or pretend not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is incredibly disorganized, most aisles are always a mess and hard to find product. All the staff racially profile indigenous people and follow them throughout the store with no valid reasoning, the staff can be very rude. I recommend shopping at any other drugstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have watching the most disheartening video that took place at this store. A supervisor, Tracy, racially profiled a few young women yesterday.
She insulted them, followed them around the store, withheld items she had the receipt for, and was caught on camera throwing the middle finger up.
Very unprofessional, I hope that you deal with this in timely matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls in the cosmetic section always ask right away if I need help and are very friendly. I come here for all of my makeup needs as they will help colour match and offer advice if needed. Always a good experience at this particular store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to Shoppers Drug Mart to buy everyday supplies. Last week I bought a shaving machine from there but wasn't satisfied with it so decided to return it. I went there after 4 days with the receipt to exchange it for something else. At first they told me that I couldn't return it without a manager's authorization. I waited for 10 minutes till they got hold of the manager-an old lady. At first she asked me random questions as to why I wanted to return it and if I had used their Optimum card to purchase the product. Then after a while, she started telling me about the legitimacy of the receipt. She implied that I was lying and I didn't buy that product from their store. The same thing happened to two of my other friends too.She was so ignorant, arrogant and racist. I will never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got double charged, when I went in with the proof of such they refused to refund me my money. Gave me the ridiculous answer that it was my banks fault and did absolutely nothing about it. So now my bank has to dispute it. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen out of any industry and individuals. When we called back with the bank on the phone their employee hung up on us
My 2 year old niece could do a better job resolving the issue and having worked in customer service I know that they can and should have just returned the money onto my debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for my medication via phone a lady answered and said that your medication is due till the 14th. I called back on the 14th and the same lady a swerved rudely she said you don't have medication here and to talk to my doctor she hung up on me. I called again about 1 hour later a man answered and said your prescription will be ready that same day. I hope they do something about that rude lady.y ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unfriendly pharmacy staff. Never once saw them smile. Very poor customer service and seemed to not care at all. Didn't even bother to try and explain the prescription they were handing to me.
Takes absolutely ages to pick up a prescription (even though there are like 10 pharmacy staff behind the counter). If they say your prescription will be ready in an hour, they usually mean 3+ hours. Plus when you get there, you better be ready to wait in line for 20 minutes.
Not sure why anyone would willingly use this pharmacy for their prescriptions. I certainly will not be going back. If they didnt have the doctor's office right next to them, they would be out of business. Cosmetics department is solid though, and the young store workers do a great job. But stay as far away as possible from the pharmacy.
