★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls were busy fooling around, joking around and laughing. Sat the person down. Asked what we wanted for a haircut than just walked away to the back room with no response, and left to where the other girls were. Came back out with a beverage and took a big drink in front of us. And than said ok what would you like.. when we already told her. She than kept cutting and buzzing everywhere and the person's hair just ended up all the same length when I wanted the sides and the back shorter. Did not want the top touched very much at all. Very disappointing!! Now I have to pay another salon to fix this. After I gave them my hard earned money. Thought they would do a good job. Turns out most of the reviews are fake. I would never go back. Also they were turning down customers saying they were full when nobody else was in there but us. When one worker left for drinks or food and one worker just stayed hiding in the back room, while people were turned away, saying they were booked and too busy to take anyone rightnow. Than in the last 30 mins of opening hours, the other 2 girls came out of the back and pretended to be ready at their station for customers. So many wrongs at this place. It was like they were controlling their own business in their own house or something. Wonder how these people are trained and watched..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much waiting what's the point if booking a time when you have to wait 20 mins past what was agreed, its ridiculous if I was late for rhe same appointment I would have been canceled, very unimpressed I'll never come back to this place again, and highly recommend no one else does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to take my son and grandson for a hair cut and they said they were busy with one lady sitting there getting her hair died than came to find out it was her co workers hair she was dying. Each time I go to ultra cuts they turn me away each time because they are to busy. Just like the one on the east side same thing. Worse place to try and get a hair cut at. Worse experience with the ladies cutting hair so short. These places need more workers that can do the job. And out of both places there is one lady that listens and does the job wonderful.all the other ladies I would never trust to cut my hair. Same with my little ones hair they cut all his curled and they never grew back since after I asked them not to cut them off at all. A trim turns into having no hair on your head. These ladies need better training.
