★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won’t be coming back. This location of Montana’s is suffering from poor management. I arrived at 11:40 am to an open but almost-empty restaurant and was told I couldn’t be seated yet because wait-staff still hadn’t arrived. When I asked if I could sit and wait I was told “no”. When I suggested I would probably go elsewhere then I was told “okay”. Loyal customers don’t grow on trees even in small communities. I spoke to the Manager, Lisa, and she spoke over me during our conversation and didn’t take time to hear my issue. I’ll be spreading the word about how I was treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our server was funny. He admitted he was new which was fine. He was running around doing his thing and asked me what my drink was again. We had a good laugh a few times. My birthday discount didn't go through which was 10%. I reassured him it wasn't a huge deal and I will be back before June 2nd. I will be back again for that discount ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Food is good. Would not recommend the steaks. Not sure if it's the sauce, spices or the steak itself, but they are not very good. My dad wouldn't even finish it, and he loves his steaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endless ribs is an amazing option and enjoyed all 4 flavors. Service was great. Seated promptly drinks were quick and ensured the ribs kept Com ng as we were ready for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by Montana's in Prince Albert and had a good time! We got the Ribwich with fries and the Rib & Wing Combo with lemon pepper wings, texas bold ribs, slaw, cornbread and fries. The food was pretty good! Nothing outstanding, but what you would expect from a chain. The wings were crispy, and were quite nice! The ribs were very good too, my only complaint being that there wasn't a ton of meat on them. The Ribwich was good. A fair bit of meat with good flavour. The fries were...meh, and cornbread seem like it had been under a heatlamp for a little too long, but those are secondary items. The service was decent and food came quick, but it did take us about 15 minutes to be greeted/ have the server come over and take our order. Overall, an average experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious food. Amazing service.everything is nice and clean very comfortable seating. The only complaint I have is the Coffee was thin like tea, but that being said it's nothing that would stop me from coming back and maybe some people like there coffee like that.?????
