★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This may be the most awful long term care place I have ever seen. The residents room I saw was filthy with food on the floor, no sheet on the bed, dirty clothes. I was so upset with what I saw. And yes some of the staff was rude. There must be some authority office complaints about this place can be formally made. I intend to try and find out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Severely under staffed, staff that work there are preforming controlled acts that they are not qualified for. facility is run down. Director of care is rude. Food is hit or miss. Residents are treated terribly, no quality care. Residents are just there to pay the bills. If you hate your family member, want them to be treated badly, or just want to dump them in a home and walk away. this is the place for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your loved one treated with elderly abuse including but surely not limited to verbal abuse, physical, mental and emotional abuse and even forgotten meals than this is the place for you, folks! From day old soiled depends that they "simply forgot" to telling my grandmother the family hates her because we have to wait until boxing day to see her as work schedules stopped us from going today on Xmas day. This place is a joke. The director needs to be taken out and fired, the staff need to be given a taste of there own medicine, and the residences need to be moved and then a wrecking ball needs to be put through the dump. Actually leave the staff in the building then send a wrecking ball through. Pathetic losers.
