Le service est bon, personnel sympathique, souriant et serviable.
Plus deçu en revanche sur la vente: j'avais demandé à ma conjointe de m y acheté de la viande hachée maigre (de boeuf) pour une recette particuliÚre.
Le boucher lui a assurĂ© que c'Ă©tait extra maigre mais honnĂȘtement j'en doute trĂšs fortement...
Je me trompe peut etre mais je les soupçonne d'avoir voulu nous vendre absolument leur viande ... dommage...

The service is good, staff friendly, smiling and helpful.
On the other hand, more disappointed with the sale: I had asked my wife to buy lean ground meat (beef) for a particular recipe.
The butcher assured him that it was extra thin but honestly I highly doubt it ...
I may be wrong but I suspect them of having wanted to absolutely sell us their meat ... too bad ...

Good quality of food, but above all unparalleled service. The butcher / owner always offers personalized service to all customers. Very good veal stock / poultry stock / house red wine sauce in the freezer. Long live local buying!

Viandes achetées dimanche, le poulet sentait trÚs mauvais lundi soir et surprise le mardi soir en voyant la couleur du jambon (vert) ! Je vous laisse juger... 30$ jeté à la poubelle !
I do not usually leave comments but I am really disappointed!
Meats bought Sunday, the chicken smelled very bad monday evening and surprise on Tuesday night when seeing the color of the ham (green)! I let you judge ... $ 30 thrown in the trash!

Small ready-to-eat dishes that are varied and always tasty, as well as a butcher's counter with very tasty marinated meats. The staff is friendly. Nice place to discover if you don't ring the bell.

Chemical stuff were messed up with the meat, and the meat was not even fresh
Never ever will not go back again, I regret not asking for refund
