Even though I am vegetarian I like this shop a lot for its good quality and very affordable nuts and dry fruits which you can taste for freshness before you buy as they are bulk, plus other delicious bulk products like a variety of olives and pesto. Also has good olive oil, baklava, different kinds of pita bread. Staff is friendly and I know the owners are from Morocco, a country I loved when I visited. Coming here rekindles those positive images and memories. Plus next door to the delightful, Marché Jean-Talon!

Great butchery with excellent quality Halal meats at reasonable prices. Meats are always fresh. They also stock different breads, olives, etc. If you like good quality meat, this place is a treat.

As a vegetarian, this place is a surprising goldmine! Friendly and professional service. An excellent selection of olives and ethnic cheeses (including feta and some delicious labneh). They also carry nuts and prepared dishes. The prices are reasonable and the place is always kept clean and well-organized.

Terrible service, honestly probably the worst I've seen. I will not be returning just because of the lack of customer service, what a shame.

I posted the initial review 6 months ago. I went back in March 2022, and had a pleasant experience. Staff were pleasant, and professional. I have changed my rating from 1 Star to a 4 Star. Horrible, No Masks: One of the staff in the section where they serve warm food was not wearing a mask, he had his mask down while talking to a customer who was within 50cm from him, he noticed me looking at him and he had the audacity to ask me if this was because of the mask, and when I said yes, he said he had tp wear it for 8 hours a day. Clearly he doesn't since he had it down his chin leaving hos mouth and his nose uncovered. I left the store without buying anything, I left stuff I was going to buy at the counter and told the cashier I don't want it. I will never return there. If I cannot trust them wearing a mask in the section where they handle meat and food preparation how can I trust them with other things. I will never return there.

I don't recommend this place. Very dishonest. Avoid marinated meat. I also had to throw away half the olives. At the checkout they can make mistakes, in addition what is written on the receipt has no relation to the items purchased and we cannot check the prices. And if you ask a question they look at you strangely.

The best garlic sauce I've ever had and homemade as you can tell from the consistency. I went across the street to Basha and they wanted over $6.00 for a container for that bright white fake sauce. No thanks. Al Khair cost me $1.50 for 100 grams and change, more than enough to spread on a few sandwiches. Will definitely be back.

I didn't get to try too much from here, but I will definitely come back to do so! We just got a sauce but there were a ton of things that looked tempting. Tons of sweets and cheeses, unique products. Zaatar bread that looked amazing!
