I lived in the Longpre building during a few years, a few years back.
The heating system would go on in the winter for 2 or so hours, then would go completely off for a few hours and so on and so forth. Management never bothered to fix it. The temp drop made the walls freezing cold and caused black mold to grow on some walls. Management couldn't care less. Maybe now its run better.... but i doubt it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upkeep by administration and janitorial services is basically non existent. You can rent a spacious3.5 or 4.5 that's large with Good noise insulation, decent bldg and tennants + no credit check if you say you're working etc. After you sign the lease however your on your own.
