★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG Save yoursel the hassle and no NOT come here. Theres always some water issues, or problems with the alarm going off at random times FOR NO REASON. The lady at the desk Ginette... so rude condescending and she has an attitude. Im only giving 1 star for Luis who is the sweetest guy ever, other than that RUN please !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful awful experience!!! I called to obtain some information and the leasing agent was EXTREAMLY rude. She raised her voice at me, and was very confrontational. She spoke over me and stated "well if I'm rude I'm rude" and proceeded to hang up on me. This is completely unprofessional and unnecessary, how can you work in this industry if you cannot conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when dealing with people. I tried to call the management office and after she answered the phone and said hello she hung up right away before I even had the chance to get a word out. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took longer than 10 days which they promised the constructruction would be done by and the constructruction continued during "at home exams." All my remote classes were ruined and my circadian rhythm was affected due to the banging sound starting every morning at 7am. My usual bed time is 2am, so I suffered so much.
The most shocking event was when the workers entered my apartment in the morning without my permission before I opened the door. + I had to breathe in all thosr toxic dusts and paints because I had no other place to stay. They worked all the rooms at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its and old building so you have to understand that this might come with some downsides, for instance the heating system can be a little wonky for keeping a stable temperature and the walls might not be aligning properly but overall its a well maintained building.
Now considering the building itself, the space offered in each apartment, the possible view and the placement of the building in the city, this is one of the cheapest rents you can get for all those positives.
The biggest problems right now are the renovations and if you are working from home this can be a problem however this period is making the building far more comfortable with the newer windows, by being patient you are gaining the end.
As for the staff, they are very nice people however they are on the defensive at first. My advice to you if you are planing on coming in here: Be nice, be calm and be respectful, if follow these steps there is nothing the staff will not do, a few times they went above and beyond our highest expectations, this is shocking but also to their credit.
I have to be honest and i am giving a three stars for now because of the renovations. Once this is over, this building is a solid 4 if not 4,5.
Not perfect but worth it.
