He is very client centered, quick to respond to all queries and ensures we have resolution in an expeditious manner. Tim is consistently willing to support his clients - highly recommend him! The terminal is state of the art with a digital touch screen that is compact & highly intuitive for the user, allowing for greater customization. The print-outs are sharp and clear which has been a marked improvement for our agency.

Our new clinic software, Medexa, is compatible with the PandaPay system and Tim was tremendously helpful in streamlining the transfer and setup for us! He was a pleasure to work with and we are also very happy to be saving money on our transaction fees by switching over to PandaPay. The business analysis they did for us to determine how much we could save was completely free and it was really easy to put together the information that was needed. We would 100% recommend Tim to anyone who does any sort of payment processing currently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We switched to PandaPay over a year ago now and have already saved so much in fees - which was incredibly helpful during the pandemic when everyone was paying using the machine. Tim, our rep has been very helpful in making sure we are content with our services, listened to feedback and helped get us a new gift card function through PandaPay, and even took our call on a late Friday night when our unit was stolen a couple nights before Father's Day. He was able to get us a new unit in time to be able to process our Father's Day orders, which otherwise would have been a mess. A+ on customer service.
