★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beau projet, mais très mauvaise gestion. Ils n'entretiennent pas leurs immeubles. Hygiène laisse à désirer. ILS SONT BON POUR AUGMENTER LE LOYER. ( soit disant Logement abordables c'est quasiment une hypothèque). Dommage, C'EST DU GÂCHIS.
Nice project, but very bad management. They do not maintain their buildings. Hygiene leaves something to be desired. THEY ARE GOOD TO INCREASE THE RENT. (Saying affordable housing is almost a mortgage). Too bad, THIS IS THE GAS.
