M	Marko Stojsic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently Le Creuset has a corporate policy of advertising boxing week sales which actually last for only a couple of hours. I went to the store at 1pm on Dec 26th and was told that every item that was advertised as being on special was sold out.When I asked the sales person whether they will be receiving more of the sale goods I was told " no we are not - we had more then enough supply". When I pointed out the logical inconsistency of what the person was saying and that their advertising was misleading , if not an outright lie, he repeated to me that they had more then enough stock for the boxing week sale. My overall experience in the store was very poor. The salesperson was arrogant, condescending and rude. It was very frustrating to want to buy products that were advertised as being on sale only to be told that they were all sold out the first day of the supposed week long sale.
O	OG San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a nonstick pan, its been used for two years, now the layer is nolonger nonstick, I called le creuset for three times for repairing, they always said I need to email them the details, but never get emailed back. Now its been three months since first time I called their customer service number, nothing has been dealt with sofar I am so disappointed. And I would never buy anything from lecreuset again.

The 2 staffs inside the store were standing within arm length distance and talking to each other without masks/ face covering. I didn’t feel safe to walk into the store.

My wife was over the top with the new roasting pot (not sure if this the correct term) but the staff knew what I was leaning towards. And last night she was thrilled to see her gift.
