Always professional and friendly front desk staff, they follow up regarding appointments consistently. The hygienists are experienced and excellent, not to mention very gentle in their approach. I and my family have received stellar dental care from this office and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for comprehensive care in a beautiful facility.

Definitely won't recommend this dental office to family and friends. This dental office charges above the recommended fee guide for services provided - which means that even with coordination of benefits you'll be paying out of pocket even for routine cleaning. This was not communicated to me until a year later and after I already accumulated in excess of $200 in charges for my wife and me. It's clear the intent here is to max out your insurance coverage and obtain the maximum payout from the insurance provider for each visit. There's nothing I've observed through my time here which justifies such a premium on their services. The receptionists including Carol provided sub par service - it was actually the lack of communication from reception and their lack of understanding which further contributed to my negative experience here. The only positive from my experience here was my hygiene care from Alex. After I complained about the charges on my account, they agreed to waive some no show penalties (about $35) but I was still left to pay $190 out of pocket. I had hoped the dental owners would have taken ownership of the issue but instead money was clearly more important than providing a good experience for their patient. This is now clearly apparent based on their pricing. If you do plan on visiting here, I definitely suggest obtaining statements after each visit, monitoring your insurance payout, and query upfront about the fees they charge for services. UPDATE: Ashley, on behalf of the owners, reached out to me subsequent to my review to refund the additional charges I incurred. It shouldn't have taken a negative review to encourage some action to resolve the matter but I do appreciate the effort made to ensure that I wasn't paying additional charges out of pocket.

I had extreme anxiety regarding dental work for many years. DSK has ALWAYS made me feel comfortable and has eased any worries I may have regarding any procedures. Their staff are very friendly, welcoming, and supportive. All work they have done for me has been timely and extremely well done. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DSK.

They charge over the dental guideline fees, so you will have to pay out of your pocket every time you visit them, for every single service. There is no justification for the premium you are paying. They have even charged me for explaining how to brush my teeth and floss… On top of that, one of the dentists here told me that I have a cavity and that one my teeth needs to be removed in order to treat the cavity and provided me an inflated estimate for the treatment. I was skeptical and did not proceed with it. After a short while the doctor and the receptionist called me to express their concerns about the decay as they feared it may progress if not treated immediately. I went to two other dentists after that to make sure everything was alright and it turned out nothing was wrong. 2 years later the same tooth is perfectly fine and healthy. Not only they overcharge you, their dental service is questionable and not trustworthy. Not recommended at all.

I had a cleaning with Alex this week. She's a great hygienist and everyone was so friendly. Would highly recommend this dental office.

I had a check up appointment plus two sessions of cleaning and polish. The staff are really friendly and nice. However, I am not satisfied with the service at all. First, when you ask about the hygiene cost they only give you the cleaning price without polish, then they do a polish at the end, and charge you without you being aware of the fact that the price they gave you was only part of the service, not all. I believe they should breakdown the price and let you know about the full amount you will be paying. No transparency in prices. Secondly, it seems that they are overcharging, and not following the Ontario fee guide. Although I have 100% coverage with my insurance with no deductible, I ended up paying out of pocket! Thirdly, the check up appointment charge was so unfair, since they knew that I will be getting the cleaning. My husband got the same service somewhere else, they did the cleaning first, and after that, checked his teeth and did x-rays, and charged him almost one tenth of what they charged me at DSK dental. Overally, although they are really nice, I am not satisfied at all, and won't recommend this place to anyone. Plus, I am adding this note after 2 months of waiting. No one has contacted me on the matter. They haven't followed up with me as they had committed to do so in their response.

Hygiene appointment with Alex. She was very considerate and ensured I was comfortable at each stage. Everyone at DSK appreciates my difficult history with dentists. From the welcoming greeting from Carol when I arrive, to the friendly atmosphere maintained throughout my appointments, right up the warm send when my appointment has finished. DSK has you in mind at all times. After my last dentist retired, I was on pace to avoid all dentists for 10 years for a second time. Thankfully, I found DSK. Thank you DSK

I can't say enough good things about DSK Dental!! I've been a patient for over 5 years. The entire team is knowledgeable, caring and friendly. They really care about their patients and have done incredible work on my teeth + it's a beautiful space. Thank you Dr. Waknine, Sharon and Julie! Best team and dental practice!!
