★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une année passée chez eux, la pire expérience de location que nous avons eu au Canada, ils vont commencer à vous charger des frais de services que vous n'avez pas eux.. Vous envoyer un avis d'augmentation des frais de location en mois de janvier et si vous ne le recevez pas ou vous ne répondez pas il l'appliquer, des frais pour avoir les clés de votre appartement, bâtiment et garage très sale et vieux moquette pas propre.
Direction ne répond jamais à vos réclamations et la femme au bureau d'accueil pas aimable du tout, ils répondent presque jamais au téléphone et elle ne répond au courriel que pour vous coller des frais ou pour vous annoncer une mauvaise nouvelle.

 One year spent with them, the worst rental experience we have had in Canada, they will start charging you with service fees that you don't have them. Send you a notice of monthly rental fee increase January and if you do not receive it or you do not answer it to apply it, a fee to have the keys to your apartment, building and garage very dirty and old carpet not clean.
Management never responds to your complaints and the woman at the front desk is not at all friendly, they hardly ever answer the phone and she only answers the email to slap you charges or give you bad news.

Maintenance and zero maintenance
Company and building to be avoided at all costs.

so much, that trying to to heat...max 21 degrees is sometimes not easy. The building is overrun with squirrels, that some tenants won't give up feeding. Office manager lies to get herself off the hook.
would not recommend capreit to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told to be there by 4pm to visit a two bedroom apartment. We arrived one time, there was this young guy in the office who said he is a replacement and he is very stressed!!
He said he can't show us the unit and he wasn't even informed that we will be there for a visit, so we just left!!
