★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place needs alot of work. Went for gelato and coffee, took 15 minutes just to place the order. Gelato looked like it had been on the shelf for weeks and had a chewy slime layer on top plus all the baked desserts were dried out and stale. The magazine rack by the front door only has 2+ year old prints on display, probably the last time the café was cleaned.

The beverages were nice.
The wraps.....they should remove off of their menu.
1 large tortilla shell with 1 piece of chicken, mustard and a small amount of cheese folded in a press.
Ridiculous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After new ownership, lattes have become watered down mess with no foam at all. Nothing impressive at all. I still like the atmosphere.
Update: After a year, I decided to try this place one last time and was unimpressed. No music playing at the time. My milkshake was like 60% watered down mess. They're supposed to use the espresso flake gelato in the milkshake and they didn't tell me they were out, so they used a plain vanilla gelato. Had a different taste than what I wanted.
Come back old friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here yesterday for coffee and lunch. The food was good! We had the wrap with soup. The employee was very friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I enjoyed the coffee too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very good and refreshing but the portion sizes are very small for the cost of food. I got an egg, spinach and feta sandwich which was a great match of flavours. The caramel carrot cheesecake was my personal favourite absolutely must have.
Service was fine. Definitely like the atmosphere though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like it here because it’s quiet and has good seating and tables, but I find that there aren’t many food options and that the sweets that are available don’t look super fresh.
Honestly I think it’s because the location is tucked away between some stores so it’s not as busy and therefore doesn’t need as much stock, so maybe other more popular locations are different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so the latte i ordered was good. The 3 stars is because i used the washroom and the toilet paper was too big for the toilet paper dispenser and made my bathroom break considerably annoying lol it was so snug in the dispenser that I couldn’t get toilet paper out without breaking it and taking small pieces at a time lol. Please get the right toilet paper for your dispensers or take some off before filling it lol. I’ve never had such a silly issue at a place to review
