About Aspen Coffee Roasters
By summertime 2017, Gordon and Alison were packing their car and heading down the highway to Ponderay, Idaho, where they visited the Diedrich Roasters factory to begin their journey into the art of coffee roasting. After a few years of mainly supplying Aspen Coffee beans to close friends and family while exploring the craft, the decision was made to convert the Aspen roastery into a combination of roastery and coffee bar - run by their very own family. Since early 2021, Aspen Coffee Roasters has been pleased to provide whole-bean coffee and espresso beverages at their location in the industrial area of Southside Edmonton. Aspen Coffee Roasters offers a variety of fair-trade beans from different locations throughout the world, and each batch of beans is hand-roasted with care and attention in order to offer our customers the highest quality cup of coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little locally owned shop! We used to work across the street from Aspen, and it was always a treat to be able to stop in and grab a cup of coffee and a chat. The team is smart, friendly, and tenacious like the day is long. The coffee is sturdy (my favorite), and the drinks are well-crafted and fun. I miss working so close to such a terrific coffee shop, and I try to swing by as often as I can! Take the time to visit if you can!
