Kris and the entire team with Launch were amazing ! Kris made our first home buying experience as easy and fun as possible. You get a personal experience and he is a perfectionist about his work. Launch has unique ideas that not every builder can and will do. He goes above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the house are the highest quality and we couldn't be happier with our home and the entire process !

Kris, Jillian and the team did an amazing job with our new custom home! Throughout the entire building process, from design to possession, the communication was excellent (responses within minutes or hours everytime!) and they worked with us to make our vision come true. The support we received when deciding on details was always honest while keeping our best interest (and budget) as the top priority. The workmanship on our home is top-notch and the value that we received is beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with how they came through for us on our requests and made all parts of the home one of a kind and truly outstanding! If we ever decide to build again, we will be building with Kris and Launch Homes!

Quality.. Knowledge.. Customer service.. Custom.. Amazing.. all words that you should find in the dictionary with Kris and Launch Homes logo beside. I don’t know how to describe the quality and friendliness of this guy and team. Ill being by saying that My wife and I didn’t plan on buying a new house. We were not looking at building. We bought a quick possession from Launch Homes. So we definitely didn’t have the same experience that everyone else would normally have from start to finish because of some unique circumstances that Kris was put in, out of his control. BUT…… THAT DIDN’T STOP KRIS FROM MAKING OUR FIRST HOME BUYING EXPRENCE LESS SPECIAL OR AMAZING. When reading his other reviews, about how hands on he is, and how fantastic Launch is, and how amazing the quality is. They don’t lie, the other reviews truly mean what they said. He proved that to us. Kris made last minute changes for us, he worked with what he could no questions asked. What president of a company willing gives you his personal cell phone number? Almost none. Kris did, Kris wanted to be involved in everything and was willing to help in every way possible. Launch might be a small builder compared to others, but of the stories I’ve heard from friends with “large” builders and their experiences. I would 100% completely recommend Launch to everyone that was looking to build. They know what they are doing. The quality, the beauty, the product is just WOW!!!! We were looking for more space, and found that the homes we had did not have everything in them we were looking for. We reached out to Kris at Launch as he had some homes in the neighborhood to see what he was working on. Although they were nice they did not meet our needs 100%. We originally had not planned on building a house as we found the process overhwhelming, and felt that we did not have the keen eye to build a gorgeous home. We were so wrong! Working with Kris and his team was an absolute pleasure. From the design phase, to the selection process, to the finishing stage where we could turn the house into our dream home. Kris's attention to detail is exceptional and although he has lots of projects on the go we never felt as though our house was not getting the attention it deserves. If you are nervous about your house not matching or things not looking right don't worry they want to build a beautiful house as much as you want to live in one. Our home was completed over a month early, and we could not be happier with the end result. If you are hesitant or trying to decide between a builder you will not go wrong building with Launch Homes. Everyday we say to ourselves we can't believe we get to live in this home. Best decision we could have made!

Working with Launch on our new home was the best decision we could have made. After meeting with every other builder in our neighbourhood, it was obvious Launch did things differently. Kris made the new build experience stress free and exciting. Launch is a true custom builder no spec homes, mood boards or "upgrade" packages. Kris was so responsive even after possession, pretty sure not many home owners can contact their builder directly. We LOVE our home, It's everything we ever wanted. From the moment we met Kris, we knew Launch would be building our dream house. The enthusiasm and passion for creating homes was evident in our first meeting and carried on throughout the entire process. It is very rare to have direct access to the builder so being able to text and e-mail at anytime with any idea made the process feel much more personal to us as the client. Launch is a truly custom builder with ZERO pressure on upgrades or limitations on selection (ie. no showroom!!) - we were able to really make this house exactly what we wanted. Also having direct communication with their designer, Jillian, we felt much less overwhelmed during the selection process. It is apparent in the craftsmanship of the final product that Kris partners with the best of the best - and all local!! Another big plus :) The care for each of his clients extends beyond releasing the keys on possession day and you can tell that building these homes means as much to him as it does to his clients. We could not be happier with our decision to build with Launch. We absolutely love our new home!! ?

Launch homes is truly a one of a kind builder! The pride and passion that Kris has for every single home he creates really shines through. From the first meeting to even after possession he is there to answer any question small or large, and is the president of the company.. that is truly unheard of and something we were very grateful for. Our home is nothing short of perfect, and everything we wanted and didn’t even know we wanted! Launch Homes designer, Jillian is an amazing pillar of Launch and guides the communication from selection meetings and put all the options to a reality. There is zero pressure on upgrades and no limitation to selections… the world is your oyster. There is not some tacky mood board given that you can only pick from 3 colours and that is something in my opinion really makes your home yours. You can really see your home come to life, meeting after meeting. Kris’s pride really shows through his connections, and the relationships he has with all his subcontractors that share the same passion and pride. He only works with the best, to give his clients the best and it shows! Kris is beyond talented when it comes to adding his personal touches to make each home one of a kind and stand out from the rest... He added shiplap in the ensuite bathroom around the tub to give an extra pop and it completely took the space to the next level. This is just one of the many little (to us big) things he does to make every home truly special to each of his clients! Kris will always go the extra mile to ensure his clients fall in love with their new homes. While other home builders cut corners, Kris in fact does not! If anything Kris builds each home as if it was his own home! We could write on about Kris and his team for days, but truly you need to experience it and know this is the real deal and the best of the best. Kris and his team at Launch are on another level! They truly do care and proved this to us many times over. Kris went to great lengths to ensure we were delighted, none the less satisfied. This review comes 8 months after we moved in, it encompasses our full build journey. Building a home, especially a custom home can be emotional and stressful, at times. Kris’s calm demeanour and desire to make progress was critical in our overall satisfaction. He never shot down an idea or closed us off and remained consistent throughout, with both communication and delivery.
