STAY AWAY!!! This company is so shady I don't know how they're still in business. Their salespeople will convince you you're getting a great deal when they're actually charging you more than their website price. And if you make the mistake of buying from them, EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE. No returns, no refunds. Heck it doesn't matter if your order hasn't shipped yet, you CANNOT CANCEL and will not get a refund. I don't even trust their products because I emailed the manufacturer of one of their branded products and the manufacturer said they didn't make that product. ??? If you're still skeptical after my review, just google "bad boy complaints" and you'll find everything you need to know. You're welcome!

Do not buy here unless you want to wait 1-2 months ontop of the estimated delivery time. My boyfriend was sold a chair $300 over the price listed online, which we drove for an hour to receive a refund. Then when it was supposed to be delivered to our home 3 days later, nothing. We weren't even notified that the delivery would be late. He drove an hour again to go and get refunded for delivery, which they seem to do quite often from other reviews. They are well aware of their shady business schemes and do not care. We were made to wait an hour for both our purchase and refund, while waiting we were subjected to watching staff sit and joke with their masks down below their chins, talking about customers badly for rightfully being upset. (Within a 6ft radius of eachother) They did this rather than doing their jobs and getting us out in a timely manner. Instead we were made to wait for an hour. We're now being quoted late January, a month after our first delivery date, but now after looking at other reviews who knows when we'll actually get it.

Horrible Customer service. It started with a couch that was picked up for repair under warranty (2021). Even during covid, I was more than patient waiting for someone to contact to me with an update. After 6 MONTHS of ME calling and emailing them (once a month) , they advised me the couch was not able to be repaired and issued a credit. This Credit was used to purchase a tv, that was scheduled and CONFIRMED to arrive. The day of the delivery, I ( once again) had to contact them after the delivery window had past, only to be told that the Delivery was canceled and would have to be rescheduled. I understand issues arise, and wouldn't have been frustrated wasting my whole day had someone contacted. It has been over a year of lack of communication and customer service, and I promise to never deal with this company again. You have no concept of customer service.

Do not shop here, this company is the worst of the worst. I ordered a washing machine online earlier this month , nowhere it says the item is back order. It says after placing your order you will be contacted in 24 hrs by customer service. 3 days later no calls from them. I placed a call to customer service 3 days later holding on the phone for 40 min to be told that my washer is on back order, I will get a delivery mid May. I then asked for my money back so that I could go elsewhere, I was told I cannot get my money back, but they will have someone contact me to choose another washer. They called a week later to tell me that my order will be delivered sometime in June, I explained to the girl, what I was told a week prior, she was very rude and told me there is nothing she can fo and to deal with it. She then said she will email me another product to choose from then she hung up. Checked my email later today but there was no email. I called them again and held on the phone for another 45 min before customer service picked up. This time it was a guy and he was pleasant, he told me he will speak to manager about refunding my money while I hold. He came back and said he will send am an email to me with another another machine that is in stock and can be delivered as soon as possible. He also said if it i don’t like it to reply to his email and from that point my money will be refunded in 5 days. Well sadly I never received an email from him either. At this point I am in limbo. I will have to waste another phone call tomorrow to fight for my refund.

Worse experience ever. After waiting 12 weeks, I still did not receive a call so I followed up. The couch had been ready for delivery but since I didn't call sooner I had to wait another week because they only deliver to my area once a week. Then the couch did not come with feet, so I had to call for support. I got a ticket number and was told to follow up with customer service. I have to constantly chase them and waste MY time meanwhile overpaying for the couch that I still do not have feet for!!! They only care about the sale. Completely dissatisfied and highly recommend going elsewhere. They say they pride themselves on high standard of service but proof is in the pudding!

Bad Boys furniture store is a scam. They will push you to sign the purchase contract and finalize the payment but the start the problems. No delivery, items out of stock, delay on delay. And if you ask them a refund, good luck. It's long long process. Probably you are not get your money back soon. Bad customer service. Never buy warranty extended, it's a scam. No one will answer your call. I got stuck with them for 13000.00$ purchase. In two months the only phone call I received is to pay in full the items if I want them delivered...and then silence.....watch out people.

Have been looking for theater seating and came here. Excellent sales rep. Everything was clean and smelled of new furniture. They only sell Canadian Made products. Prices are the least expensive so far. The store was not crowded. Will be going back

Only giving 1 star because no stars isn’t an option. Save yourself the headache and do NOT do business with this company. After an initial bad experience buying our couch with them I figured we’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I ordered a washer and dryer that was supposedly in stock, suppose to be contacted within 24hrs to arrange delivery and that didn’t happen. After waiting on hold for over an hour to arrange delivery, my items were not delivered and I wasn’t even contacted. Once again I have to wait over an hour on the phone (long distance call too I should add, not a toll free number) just to be told the items are now on back order and it will be months before I can get them. Great. Ask for a refund, I’m still fighting 3 weeks later to get the refund. The customer service reps are extremely unhelpful and frankly rude, they refuse to let you speak to supervisors and no one returns your calls when your told someone will call. I keep getting told β€œit will be escalated” and essentially nothing gets done. At this point I’m left without the appliances I order and I’m out the money with no idea when/if I’ll get the funds back. Buyer beware, complete scam and HORRIBLE customer service! I will never use this company again.
