Great outdoor deck and patio. Fresh seafood selection. We had the crab cakes, seafood chowder really tasty. The fish &chips tasty but the batter on fish was too thick. Fantastic beer , wine and cocktails selection. Great place for kids they have high chairs. Many washrooms the restaurant is part of a resort/ spa. Will absolutely go back

Had dinner at Lakeside Seafood and Grill. From the menu we have seen in the website we had our mind set on ordering the Beef Tomahawk Steak good for 2-4 people and comes with garlic and chives mashed potato and grilled vegetables. It was a good choice, the steak was done perfectly - well-seasoned, tender and so delicious. The mashed potato was also so good and flavourful. We also had Lakeside House Red Baco Meunier red wine to go with the steak and it was a heavenly pairing. My sister ordered the Beer Battered Haddock fish and had soup instead of fries. Michelle who was our server provided excellent customer service, she was so nice, friendly and bubbly that our table was lucky to be served by her. It is nice to have someone enjoying what she is doing, knows the food the restaurant serves well enough to give good recommendation. The other staff were also nice from the host to the floor manager who made sure that we enjoyed the food. This is definitely a place worth recommending and going back to.

The view is good, service is great, and food is good. Steak and mashed potato taste great, chicken gnocchi taste light and flavorful, kids menu chicken fingers taste nice.

Was super packed over the long weekend and we weren't able to get a table two nights in a row. First come first serve - No Resos. Thankfully they were open Monday and we were first in line to get a patio seat. Great customer service. Amazing views from the upper deck patio level. Good food. We ordered the seafood chowder, the leek and potato soup, fish and chips, sweet potato fries, Calamari, crab cakes, their shrimp curry bowl and a Caesar salad with buttermilk chicken. Top points go to the calamari and fish and chips and sweet potato fries. Shrimp curry bowl lacked a bit of salt and flavour. Caesar salad was standard but wouldn't opt in for the buttermilk chicken again - too tasteless and not crunchy. But overall great experience being outdoors with a great view and great customer service.

All week I've been craving lobster. So, we found the only restaurant that has lobster on their menu. Thele restaurant is situated lakeside, with views of the Bay. The decor is beautiful, it is bright, and you can speak without yelling. Now the food could definitely be better. The oysters were from PEI, if my memory is correct, and was great! The surf'n'turf, $185, was disappointing. Everything was overly salty, the aju and the steak, the seafood balls, and the shrimp, were all incredibly salty. The lobster seemed under cooked, it really did not make me smile. The vegetables and mashed potatoes were great! The waitstaff, Holly, was great, very personable, with a good sense of humour.

The only place in Collingwood for good oysters. The interior is pretty chic & cozy, there’s a nice wine cellar as well. The bar area is very modern and they carry a good selection of liquor/wine. The main course was delicious and fresh as well. This is our favourite spot in town for seafood ??

We're member of the resort so we decided to have dinner there last week with our stay. Ordered Cajun calamari and Harvest salad. Both good. For main course, we ordered the very pricey Beef Tomahawk Steak for $190 which includes mashed potatoes and some veggies. We've had it before and enjoyed it pretty much. This time though, no! The steak tasted and smells of burned-out oven grease that splattered all over the meat. Someone forgot to clean the oven I guessed. I'm a cook so I know. I told the waitress about it but she just shrugged it off.we hardly ate it and took it upstairs and let my other daughter sample it and she said the same thing. Tasted like burned oven grease. For that price it's very disappointing. Almost $300 for the bill, no pop or alcohol. Total waste of of $190! Leftover steak we gave to someone else is in the picture ..
