St. Boniface
St. Boniface was founded in 1818 and is the birthplace of Louis Riel, the Métis leader who helped create the province of Manitoba. For those looking for some outdoor activities, St. Boniface Golf Club is a gorgeous 18-hole semi-private course nestled in the neighbourhood along the banks of the Seine River. Next door is Windsor Park Golf Course and the Windsor Park Nordic Centre, which offers cross-country ski rentals and lighted night trails in the winter months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to rent from. Charged me $2000 for damages after I moved out from a year 3.5 year lease. Apartment was already in major need of remodeling before hand and blamed everything on me.
Units haven't been touched since they were first built so are extremely dated (1970s). Due to the dated construction you pay an absolute insane amount in gas in the winter because the windows let in such a strong draft your furnace has to go off every 5 minutes. Maintenance and the like is awful to get a hold of to fix stuff wrong with your unit agency goes above rtb rental increase guide lines every single year to top it all off.
Would not recommend loving here at all. Staff is very shady and rude, will threaten to throw you out for the smallest things.
