About Full Throttle Networks

We provide free on-site surveys for all new customers requesting internet service. We prefer to verify the signal beforehand, to guarantee your installation will go smooth, and service will run perfectly.

When you contact us to request internet service, we will collect all your information, verify you are in our coverage area, and schedule a day for a survey technician to come test signals at your location.

When the technician arrives, they will use a ladder to access the roof, climb to the peak, and perform a line-of-sight and signal test. You do not need to leave work to meet us for this test. If we have your permission, we can perform the test quickly on our own, from outside. This is usually easier for our technicians as their arrival times are difficult to predict due to multiple surveys and traffic.

As soon as the survey technician has completed their survey, they will contact you via phone or email to let you know the results of the test. They will also work with you to book an installation date if the tests were successful, and answer any questions you might have about the installation and service.

We live in a rural area. We tried conventional internet however for the big telecom companies, rural areas just don't matter. We'd be struggling to load Google.ca some days. Enter Full Throttle. Following a lot of recommendations by other people, we gave it a shot. Not only is it cheaper then what I was paying Bell MTS, I get at least 5 x the speed. The customer service is quick to respond to questions and technicians are assigned speedily in the event of an outage.

Giving the business 4 stars based on technician Spencer who tried real hard to get me service at my house. Tree blocking, and he did everything to get and get me a solid signal but it just wasn't dependable enough for us to make the switch. Still haven't closed the book yet, and hoping they can make something work out. Many neighbors have them, and I hear great things about speeds.

The best customer service, have had good internet speed and provide you with updates on when they are servicing towers etc. Even came and adjusted our tower after all these storms and winds to make sure we still had the best signal.

So far a great provider for rural high speed. Great service, and willing to accommodate in order to keep clients happy. As with anything there will sometimes be issues, but like I said they try hard to accommodate. Definitely a big improvement over my last broadband provider who seemed to stop caring.

Great work done - we need a boost because our regular internet wasn't strong enough. Great customer service too - we had an issue and they had someone out right away.

The installers came out right on time, they were professional and courteous. Spencer explained the entire process with me, very informative. The service has been excellent, very fast and reliable. Edit: Almost a full year using Full Throttle, the service has been great, very reliable connection, the Wi-Fi router is small but mighty, I am usually able to stay connected 200' away from my house. Unfortunately they are now owned by Xplornet so we will see what happens in the next few months

A year ago I would have given them 5 stars. In the past few months service has slid downhill. Constant service interruptions, slow speeds and outages. Call the help line and before you would have helpful friendly staff. Now, they are rude and disrespectful to you. Condescending people who treat you like you know nothing after dealing with same issues over and over. To top it off, many people I know went to them to get away from Xplornet, now as of April 1,2022 they have sold out to the DEVIL Xplornet. Within 2 days of this sale, more issues begin to arise with the service, what suprise (didn't expect anything less from Xplornet). This company is now just the same as Xplornet as they are now part of the same company! If you expect to get a good service for you money, my advise is to search elsewhere. KEEP AWAY from Full Throttle if you disliked Xplornet, they are one in the same now!

I made the switch to Full Throttle early in 2022 after leaving a larger company with horrendous network speeds in my area of Winnipeg. Due to some weather delays for the mast installation, I was a bit of a grump in the process, but in the end I could not be more satisfied with their speeds and service. Any disruptions to the network are communicated immediately, with detailed descriptions of the causes and the resolution. Also, they guaranteed their network speeds as advertised, and have lived up to the promise.
