Notice says to pick up parcel at 1pm. Parcel not delivered by that time. Staff told me to come back after 2pm. Package still not delivered. Notice on app says delivered at 221. I go to pick up. STORE CLOSED! No warning from the staff about early closing times. I guess I can only blame myself for not reading the hours on the door...

By far the worst postal service. Customer service is useless and they scammed me on duties by doubling the cost of my items.

I visited the store today 7th October, 2020 at 6:24pm and the store closes at 6:30pm. Stood outside because there was nobody in store and waited outside and was shocked to see two people came outside from the inner room at exactly 6:30pm and locked the door right in my face while I waited outside in the cold. I signalled to the two employee in store that I was waiting for them and they completely ignored me and did not even speak with me while waiting outside. That's the most inhuman experience I have ever witnessed in my life. Why treat others this way. C'mon. Very sad customer experience... Those employees on duty need to be reprimanded. I understand they are in a rush to go home at 6:30pm, however, the owner of the store need to watch these people on duty and let them know they need to show kindness to people cos thats what the world need right now. They should learn to treat people equally regardless. So so disappointed...Will

Spent $450 to have a package sent to my daughter in New Brunswick. Package was in their hands at 10 AM Tuesday morning. Supposed to arrive in New Brunswick by Friday. This was an important package we needed there by latest Friday. Package will not arrive until Monday. Why provide a service if you can't fulfill on the promise? $450 to not get the package there when you need it there...how ridiculous. I guess I will travel further to use FedEx. It is sitting 1/2 hour away from my daughter but she can't even pick it up because they are closed on Saturday. Absolutely frustrating experience.
