★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this office for over 30 years as a patient of Dr. Thompson's and have discovered their service to have gone drastically downhill since his retirement.
After waiting 5 weeks for special authorization from Blue Cross for a crown, learned from Blue Cross, that a specific x-ray was required ( which was never discussed) and that it would be another 6-10 week wait after receiving this.
I saw Dr. Carney for 2 small fillings along the gum line. He repaired one and then replaced the filling of a tooth that was never discussed. When realizing his mistake, stated he was being proactive and there would be no charge.

Showed her their webpage that states “direct billing .. so you can relax after you appointment”
Used to go when dr Thompson was there and have never had a problem..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a cleaning and as an emergency patient for a lost filling. I am so appreciative of how quickly they fit me in for the filling. They went above and beyond to suggest putting a cotton swab in it to help protect the tooth before I came in. It decreased the discomfort considerably! The hygienist was very friendly, did a great job and offered some great suggestions for ways I can protect my teeth from too much acidity in my diet. From the front staff to the end of my appointment. this dental office and the entire staff are amazing!
