Sheryl Hustins didnt explain the chairs differences for height requirements in chairs, comfort seating on the couches. I bought a Randell recliner with power lumbar she explained that well but I am 5'8 and the randell is for 6'3 and above taller person. On my sales receipt I had to call and ask what chair I bought because it wasnt on the receipt. I asked her the hieght requirement she had to look it up and call me back, but didnt tell me the height requirements just the inches in width. I learned on you tube about the Randell. For love seat she did show the different matteress. I bought the tempura matteress for the Leah love seat sofa bed. I do like the randell but did mention my feet didnt hit the floor. But its ok my dogs and i fit well in it. When I dont use it my son is 6'3 he will fit perfect in it. The sales staff needs to be able to answer the questions without me using You tube to find out the differences in chairs and I learned off you tube the differences in construction and padding I didnt know about lazy boy chairs.

They answered our questions and provided some expert tips on caring for our new sofa bed. Having slept on hotel pull outs before we could not believe how comfortable the mattress was! Honestly, I could have had a nap right then and there! Great experience overall.

Have the designer come to your home and give you some advice about fit and give you a template of your furnishings. Then, after you've decided what you like go back to the store and have the sit test. All of this combined gives you a good idea of what you're buying, how it's going to look, and how it will feel when it's in your home. Very good service.

My partner and I walked into the store...we hadn't gone far and were greeted by a very gracious person named Dawn. She didn't pounce on us...but more casually walked by on her way to going somewhere else. Talking to Dawn was like talking to a long lost friend. She was very informative, helpful and not pushy at all. She helped us with our choices but wanted us to be happy more than sell us something... if that makes any sense. We came back a second time to purchase after comparing products and services. La-z-Boy won for quality and absolutely for service.. I would highly recommend going there and ask for Dawn.
