No service despite the fact that there were three of them at the back of the counter and no polite expressions on arrival or departure. (I made a purchase without service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and variety of sizes, but terrible customer service. There are a handful of girls who chitchat endlessly behind the counter and provide no help whatsoever, even after asking for guidance. I was looking for 2-3 good new bras, and came out with none.

I bought a gift card for my partner for Christmas. She went to the hull location at 320 boul st. Joseph to grab some items and use the card. The employee scanned the card and said it was empty then proceeded to charge me for the items. I paid for the items with my debit card to only later find out that the gift had money on it and they charged me twice. Looking to get my money back (not the gift card) they told me they couldn't refund my money but could refund my gift card. So now to get the value of my money I have to spend twice the amount there.
Absolutely ridiculous. That's one way to make people spend money at your store. Not acceptable. I will be selling this gift card and not returning. I will also be letting everyone I know about this awful experience. Take care of your customers because they are the reason you have a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went 2 weeks in a row in July 2021, same customer service: no customer service! The employees are more concerned about chatting with each other at the counter than taking care of the clients. Both times I tried on bathing suits, both times I had to get dressed and go and get other sizes myself as no one came to ask if I needed help. Very disappointed, especially that the store was pretty much empty.
