Maison ancestrale chaleureuse tout comme les hôtes, Yves et Sylvie. Chambres luxueuses et propreté irréprochable. Lit très confortable. Déjeuner digne d’un grand chef. Vue sur le fleuve spectaculaire. Merci à Yves et Sylvie, des hôtes incomparables. Hâte à la prochaine visite…Câlins à vous deux , Helene et Ghislain XX This was my second visit to The Island House. It won't be the last. To try it is to adopt it. Warm ancestral home just like the hosts, Yves and Sylvie. Luxurious rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Lunch worthy of a great chef. Spectacular river view. Thanks to Yves and Sylvie, incomparable hosts. Looking forward to the next visit… Hugs to you two, Helene and Ghislain XX

La chambre est magnifique et très confortable, avec une vue magnifique sur le saint-laurent. Le brunch est absolument délicieux. Étant végétarienne, j’ai eu droit à un menu adapté. Nous reviendrons, c’est sure!! Un grand merci ? The welcome from Yves was perfect, with a smile and a contagious laugh. The room is magnificent and very comfortable, with a magnificent view of the Saint-Laurent. The brunch is absolutely delicious. Being a vegetarian, I was treated to an adapted menu. We will be back, for sure !! A big thank you ?

Ce sont des gens très généreux de leur temps et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir en leur compagnie . La nourriture était excellente avec des produits du terroir de première qualité et préparée avec soin et créativité. Séjour très agréable! Merci ☺️ The warm and natural welcome from Sylvie and Yves appealed to me from the moment I arrived. They are very generous people with their time and we had a lot of fun with them. The welcome and kindness of Sylvie and Yves as well as the energy of this house make us feel good from the moment we arrive. Comfortable and warm house, local quality and tasty food prepared with delicacy and passion by Yves. The good humor and the infectious laughter of this one combined with the kindness and the attentive service of Sylvie contributed to make us spend memorable moments and we had several giggles. D	David Dimock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely the best place to stay on this island. The host is the funniest and friendliest host you will ever meet. The place is beautiful and very clean and perfectly situated. I will return to this spot again because of all it has to offer.

They're warm, big-hearted hosts who want their guests to sleep well, eat well and relax. The two guest rooms upstairs are chic and spotless, with sweeping views of the St. Lawrence River and spacious, modern bathrooms. And the breakfasts? They're gorgeous slow-food feasts. On our second morning, strawberry-filled rosewater crepes capped off course after course of canapes, pates, eggs and cheeses. Yves celebrates the region's bounty and puts love into every bite. Wow.
