 I appreciated the hard work of the staff, they are attentive to our needs, give good advice to travelers and the documents are very interesting to read and informative. I really recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais un rendez-vous un dimanche. On m'appelle le vendredi soir a 17:20 pour me dire que je suis canceller parce-que " l'infirmiere ne voudrais pas rentré seulement pour moi puisque je suis le seul patient cette journée là" .
I had an appointment on a Sunday. I am called on Friday evening at 17:20 to tell me that I am canceled because "the nurse would not return only for me since I am the only patient that day".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service exceptionnel, tellement plus que juste des vaccins. Elle nous a donné plein d'information et des conseils, et elle a prit le temps pour répondre à toutes nos questions. En plus, elle était super avec notre fille qui avait pas encore 2 ans. Avoir été dans 2 autre cliniques de voyage avant, c'est certain que je revient ici maintenant qu'on connait le service.
Outstanding service, so much more than just vaccines. She gave us lots of information and advice, and she took the time to answer all of our questions. In addition, she was great with our daughter who was not yet 2 years old. Having been in 2 other travel clinics before, it is certain that I come back here now that we know the service.

Toutefois, après avoir passé un test antigénique à 16h pour prendre l’avion le lendemain matin, nous étions supposés recevoir les résultats en 20-60 minutes par courriel (nécessaires pour prendre l’avion). À 18h, toujours aucun résultat, aucun moyen de rejoindre la clinique puisqu’elle était fermée et aucune autre clinique encore ouverte pour effectuer un test ailleurs. Restez sur place pour recevoir les résultats et éviter une crise de panique la veille des vacances!
During an appointment for a vaccine before a trip, the nurse provides valuable advice on the precautions to be taken during the trip.
However, after taking an antigen test at 4:00 p.m. to get on the plane the next morning, we were supposed to receive the results in 20-60 minutes by email (required to get on the plane). At 6 p.m., still no results, no way to reach the clinic since it was closed and no other clinic still open to perform a test elsewhere. Stay put to receive the results and avoid a panic attack the day before the holidays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! The nurse Jessica was so sweet and knowledgeable. When I came in she had already done her research on the countries I am going to. She explained me all the risks I could encounter and how to mitigate them. She also explained very carefully every vaccine I received and even gave me a checklist of the things to not forget for my trip. I Recommend this clinic 100%
