★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grâce à Ortho-Action, j'ai réglé mon problème au genou et à la hanche en me procurant des orthèses vraiment bien adaptées à mes pieds. Cela fait déjà 10 ans que je vais chez ces orthésistes très compétents et j'en suis très satisfaite. Je n'hésite pas à me déplacer de Québec à St-Mathieu-de-Beloeil à tous les ans pour m'assurer d'obtenir un service de grande qualité.
 Thanks to Ortho-Action, I solved my knee and hip problem by getting orthotics that were really well suited to my feet. I have been going to these very competent orthotists for 10 years and I am very satisfied with it. I do not hesitate to move from Quebec to St-Mathieu-de-Beloeil every year to make sure I get high quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai éprouvé des difficultés à recevoir le produit commandé: produit "back order" ; fermeture deux semaines pour les vacances; heures d'ouverture et présence d'un prothésiste limitées et peu de disponibilités pouvant m'accommoder. Résultat; j'ai passé tout l'été sans le support dont j'avais besoin (6 semaines). Service peu courtois et aucune explication ou excuses lorsque j'ai exprimé mon insatisfaction. Mis à part le premier appel m'informant que ma commande est arrivée

I experienced difficulties in receiving the product ordered: "back order" product; closing two weeks for the holidays; limited opening hours and presence of a technician and little availability that could accommodate me. Service professionnel.
On fait affaire avec eux depuis 2014 et nous avons toujours été satisfaits du service. Soit pour des orthèses, des bas de contention ou des chaussures profondes, le service est de qualité et rapide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon service, mais pas tres facile pour les heures d'ouverture, et meme pas capable d'attendre 5 minutes apres 5h, meme si une personne avait dit qu'elle attendrait apres 5h le vendredi pour m'accomoder. quand j'ai appeler pour confirmer qu elle allait attendre, la personne qui a repondu a rien voulu savoir.
Good service, but not very easy for opening hours, and not even able to wait 5 minutes after 5 a.m. even though someone said they would wait after 5 a.m. on Friday to accommodate me. when I called to confirm that she was going to wait, the person who answered didn't want to know.
