★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait longtemps que je devrais aller les voir. Ils sont a l'écoute et professionnels. J'ai même honte d'avoir été ailleurs. Eux ne font rien pour l'argent mais tout pour le patient.
Il manque de professionnels comme ça dans le réseau de la santé.
I should have been going to see them for a long time. They are attentive and professional. I am even ashamed of having been elsewhere. They do nothing for the money but everything for the patient.
There is a lack of professionals like that in the health network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service d'après vente. Refus de remplacer une orthèse d'à peine 1 an et ayant subi des déformations anormales suite à une usure/utilisation normale. Le contrôle de qualité des produits, le respect des obligations envers le client et une saine gestion des non-conformités des produits vendus est primordiale pour une entreprise.
Bad after-sales service. Refusal to replace an orthosis which is barely 1 year old and which has suffered abnormal deformation following normal wear / use. Product quality control, compliance with customer obligations and sound management of non-conformities in products sold is essential for a company.
