L'Occitane has some really nice products and frequently you can find sales of the season. Sorry to hear about the other reviewer's experience. Having been there half a dozen times in the past few years, we've always had a great experience. Very professional and not pushy. The men's Baux deodorant is worth the expense--it lasts up to 6 months.

Hi there, Today I visited Loccitane location at Granville st. Vancouver and had a really unpleasant experience there. I never have complained about customer service like this anywhere else, but the lady who were there was so rude that I had to let people know. I entered the store about 4:45pm and the lady was working by herself. She was assisting at cashier. I wanted assistance buying some products so I waited. The representative was really nice and friendly, explaining all the samples the customer can get today- it took a while but it was understandable. While I was waiting, another lady entered the store and started to browse around. It appeared that she needed assistance as well. Both of us waited until the representative was done with the second customer paying. When she was done, the representative came to me and asked me what I need. I explained her what I was looking for, and also added that I want to buy some moisturizing cream. I could see she was rushing with me, she briefly explained 2 products, and excused herself to help the other customer. I literally didn't have any chance to ask her about other products. Since the rep said "1 min" to me, I waited again. The other lady who entered the store later also had questions about skin products- and their conversation was going on and on. I waited more but the rep didn't seem to come back to me for further assistance. I decided not to buy moisturizing cream and waited the rep at the cashier to pay for my lip balm. She continued to talk to the other customer and finally realized that I was waiting at the counter later. She came to me and asked if I am not going to get the moisturizing cream so I said "no I wanted your assistance, but you seem busy." she asked me what assistance I need more and said she is busy now so I should come back later. I told her that I came here before the other customer she's serving now, but she wasn't listening to me any more. It was the rudest experience ever. Her customer service was very rude and unpleasant. It was 5:15pm when I exited the store, so basically I spent almost 30 minutes waiting for her to be available, who was not interested in assisting me at all.

Miranda has provided great service! She was nice, helpful and easily suggested relevant products in response to my needs. She also found a solution when it turned out the product I liked wasn't currently available in the store (I prepaid and will get a call within the next week when the product is back in store).

An older lady helped me and probably some of the best customer service I've had all year. Knowledgable, accomodating, generous, to the point I feel compelled to leave this review.
