★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off my watch to get polished. The polishing job was done well, the matte part was ok (there were a few spots where the un-even pressure was visible), but with a bit of sanding at home it was all corrected.

The repair man:
1. Roughly handled my watch knowing that the watch costs $9000, and left scratches on the adjustment screws.
2. After servicing, I kindly asked if there were any small parts that he forgot to include in the plastic baggie he gave me (especially because while he was servicing, one of the parts went almost flying on the table). He got very easily offended and told me it's not very nice to ask.
3.. Most importantly, one of the adjustment screws came loose within a day of getting it resized here. I wasted $15. I thought about going back to get it serviced again, but I didn't want this man roughly handling my watch again.
I would avoid this repair shop with the short-tempered man who is not careful with customers' watches at all costs.
