After promising to refund me and covering the cost of a return label, which when sent to me was addressed to myself from Kilani only further showing how unprofessional her staff are. The owner has ignored most communication, only sending me a screen shot of the shop address. What a disgraceful, unprofessional, dishonest, fake company. 10k gold of pure rust, pictures to show all the rust on the chain, NOT 10k GOLD
