★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish they modernized the way they serve customers. The guy behind the counter was very warm and welcoming at first, a bit pushy but that was fine. Then when we got the quote to sell, he insisted that we sell but we only scanning the market. And even though we had a lot more jewelery to sell, suddenly seeing a rude attitude (when asked if it was okay that we scan elsewhere before making a decision, the guy said "it's NOT OK but go ahead". Who talks that way to customers?
But no hard feelings. They need to learn new ways of serving customers. It's a very traditional store and hope they'll survive the competition by changing that attitude. Good customer service would have led to us selling most of our dormant gold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, honest service! I had a new watch that needed the battery replaced. After spending 15 minutes trying to fix it, he told me it wasn’t the battery but the cheap parts the watch was made with (eBay buy). He wouldn’t accept any money for trying to fix it! I was so grateful that I went back later and asked if they could replace all the parts, since I loved the watch so much.
I have it back now at a reasonable price, and it works perfectly! So happy that I wasn’t taken advantage of and was provided with such exceptional service.

They also came in with an idea for pendant designs. They responded to questions and requests quickly and were very helpful. I couldn't be happier with my experience & the result :) that made me to go back for another visit and get myself a new ring which I LOVE! I highly recommend to go and visit their shop!

I believe he has integrity and understands a customers needs. All appeared fair and above board. It's a great environment so don't hesitate to go there to shop or sell your stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Pintos recently and sold some old Gold I had. The owner and his family were in store and were very pleasant and kind. I did not expect much for the Gold but I was given a great price. Pintos is a no nonsense reputable jeweler. It's hard to find a good jeweler these days. This is the place to go. I rarely write reviews but when a store provides great service and is honest and friendly I have to give them a shout out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shopped around to 3 stores and then showed the prices to Pinto and they beat the other offers. Make sure you shop around as the prices can vary by 15% or so. Call them first to confirm that they will beat the other prices and make an appointment if you have a large amount to sell. They use a machine to measure the gold karat unlike others that just approximate based on the type of item.
