Also the person who does the fixing in the back room was very meticulous and explained how it’s done and if there’s anything wrong they would let us know. Suzanne at the front was so understanding and it was a sweet time having a chat with her. It’s been hard during covid and not really having the chance to talk to people. She was so lovely and I really felt like it was the best experience at a jewelry store. Also the selection in jewelry was impeccable. So many beautiful pieces. Highly recommend!

They took every measure to make sure I was comfortable with leaving the rings with them, and completed the task in 4 hours. When I got them back, I saw that they added the extra step of adjusting my center diamond prongs elegantly so that the wedding back could sit flush (after a decade of banging them together). Louis did a great job working on my jewelry and I would highly recommend this place!

I met the jeweller too who explained to me how he will make it. After almost a week I was called to come pick up. At first I was anxious but when I saw it in person, I was so happy. He made it exactly what I wanted. I was satisfied both the price and their service. Will definitely go back again.
