I’ve never experienced worst customer service in my life. Every staff member has a different approach to anything you say to them. One says they can’t return my shoes, one says they can. One says no free house delivery one says they do. They called me and told me my shoes have arrived at the store and I called in to pick them up and apparently they’re still on transit. It makes no sense. Get yourselves together as a team. As much as I love their shoes, I’m never spending a dollar here ever again

Had a great experience at this location. The ladies who helped me were pleasant, cordial and kind. They were also very knowledgable which is lacking in retail these days. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and I'll definetly go back.

0 stars should be an option. The staff will be nice to you while making the sale, after that it is just downhill! Purchased a pair of regular price boots which started to fall apart after a couple of wears. Their repair took them a month and after complaining to head office and store staff, they decided to give me different answers as to why I can't get a refund?!?! Been going back and forth for weeks now, only to get different answers and them apologizing for giving me the wrong reasons (which did not apply to me) for denying the refund! Save yourself the time and energy, shop somewhere with better customer service and better products! UPDATE!!!! I reached out to their customer service again, after they left this response below. Their solution was to give me a $25 gift card to apologize for the inconvenience after I spend $250 on the boots, and refused to give me an exchange or a refund. Why on earth would I shop there again?!

If I could give this shop extra stars I would. I order products on line. I have been a committed client for years. The products are extraordinary. About a month ago I had a sizing dilemma with a pair of shoes that I bought. I went to the store at Fairview and the staff, even if it was close to closing time, were patient and very accommodating. A very pleasant experience overall. In fact I have had great luck with good service at the Eaton Centre as well....so...I just assumed that it s the company's overall mandate for hires. I then ordered another pair of shoes about two weeks after the last pair and again I had a question. I called Fairview. The phone as usual was answered in a timely manner. The staff member, Erica, was very busy but instead of brushing me off she politely asked me to hold for a few minutes and she would be able to help me. True to her word she came back and again, answered all my questions, was able to help me with my inquiry. To make a long story short I would highly recommend L'Intervalle at Fairview. The staff go above what, in this day is expected but rarely receive from service. The sales person Amy (sp?), Erica and the Manager Amy (sp?) have given me faith in people again. In a time when the tension is at an all time high for most people this shop does not show any of that. I felt welcomed, I felt appreciated and at no time did I feel as if it was a "show". I am sure that there are frustrations but trust me I never felt any pressure or judgment or a brush off. The staff could have easily said that they could not help me with my requests...I would not have known better...but they didn't. They HELPED told me that they would get back to me and they did as promised and I was satisfied. They truly are amazing. I have a "warm and fuzzy" feeling about this store. Very very happy.

This awful place does not deserve not even 1 star. First off, the manager there is unprofessional, rude, and cowardly. I bought boots from here for my birthday and was so excited to get them to only never get a call letting me know the status of my shoes after this child of a manager told me the shoes would arrive in a week but never did! After confronting her two weeks later about the status of my boots and clearly was visibly upset, she couldnt give me any answers or updates. Just kept telling me when it arrives she will let me know. After asking for my money back they told me no, I have to wait until the shoes arrives and started catching a serious attitude with me. Even raised her voice at me to the point I felt threatened. Finally when my shoes arrived they DID NOT FIT! I asked for my money back because I spend a lot on these awful shoes and the customer service was disgusting. They told me I cant get my money back I have to choose something else. The manager hid in the back and refused to speak to me. Instead sent another kid to relay all her messages with the most attitude like I did not just spent my money in this store. I was extremely upset and was forced to choose something I did not want which they also had to order and Im still waiting for and its been nearly a month now. All I want is my money back and never to ever shop at this ROBBERY of a store again! If you care about your money RUN FROM THIS STORE! They will treat you like garbage after your purchase.

Merchandise: Brazilian made are one of the good quality! Customer Service: Lacking Flair especially when I left without a purchase. PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE is a top priority whether customers buy or not. Its what makes us come back and makes us recommend to friends,family and co-workers.

Came into this location for an exchange and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I was past the 10 day policy and the manager (did not get a chance to get her name) was accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me in finding an alternative option. I do have to say that the 10 day window is a bit short, however, they do offer a shoe repair policy which was also expressed to me by the same manager They tried their best to provide great service despite the busy crowds, love this brand ! :)

Horrible customer service and accountability. I ordered shoes online but received a USED and marked up pair. I was trying to get a refund and emailed customer service with photos. They sent me to the store to solve the issue. I visited the store and the manager told me to email customer service again. They then proceeded to accuse me of changing some part of the shoe to make it look like I just bought them and refused to do any investigation. I emailed customer service again and received an absolutely incompetent answer saying they don’t care because it was sent from the warehouse and it’s a new collection. Still no refund or resolution. It is very convenient for them because by ordering online I can’t prove that I didn’t wear it. Very tricky. Bravo! And moreover I bought 2 other pairs from this store and am now treated like a con artist rather than a valued customer.
