★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a rush this morning trying to find shoes for my little one, I unfortunately didn’t have her with me because she is in her first year of kindergarten. I was worried this may be a problem but the nice lady with red hair helped me find the right size and assured me I could come back for an exchange if needed. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes tops!!! Big thank you to Hailey for this great experience this made my day much easier and I definitely will be returning to this store for my children. Hoping to come across the same worker next time around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service!!! Such friendly staff. My kids love shopping for shoes from here. Plus they have a nice selection of shoes for all kid's sizes. A must stop for back to school shopping. Would highly recommend it!!! Don't forget to check out their rewards program too. Located at a convenient place too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst retail experience of my life. Don't blame the kids that work there. Ownership solely to blame. (Don't worry locations are independently owned so hopefully just this location). Constantly "running sales" to avoid having to accept returns on unworn merchandise. Was overcharged on my item to start with. Then some shady tax scheme was on my bill. Please check yours. You'll "get change back" according to your receipt but get charged full amount. Seriously I wish I was making it up.
TLDR: Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Store credit is not able to be used at different locations.

Must be new ownership since my last visit in 2019.
I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.
The kind & informed staff at sports check were able to find my son a pair of shoes he was happy with.
